Heat Shrink Tunnels

Conflex shrink tunnels are offered in a variety of opening sizes and conveyor lenghths Single chamber heat shrink tunnels include controlled air flow, automatic temperature control, variable speed conveyor, 10" or 12” high opening and stainless steel OR Teflon mesh conveyor belts. Customers may also specify a Left hand OR Right hand control set up.

For shrink wrapping operations that require high throughput, Conflex’s High speed shrink tunnel features twin chambers including separate controlled air flow for each chamber, automatic temperature control, a variable speed conveyor, 10" or 12” high opening & stainless steel OR Teflon mesh conveyor belt.

Film Center Folders

Conflex make both continuous and intermittent motion film centerfolders. The intermittent compact film folder will take up to a 40" roll of economically priced flat film and centerfold it to 20". The variable speed control allows for compatibility with a Conflex intermittent motion shrink wrap sealers, and the powered film unwind and braking system can dispense film at up to 90 feet per minute

Conflex’s Continuous Motion Film centerfolder will take up to a 40" roll of economically priced flat film and centerfold it to 20". The unit has a self compensating powered film unwind. When the wrapper is running slow, the folder runs slow. As speeds pick up, the folder automatically adjusts to dispense film at up to 90 feet per minute.

The self-compensating speed control allows for compatibility with a wide variety of continuous-motion equipment.
